Managers in any company have to handle hundreds of projects under which there are thousands of tasks and issues to be managed in a timely manner. But managing thousands of tasks and issues at a time is a nightmare.

Survey

In taskera, survey works like a feedback application

1. Once a task/issue is updated, algorithms ask for feedback, through the survey form from the individuals related to tasks/issues
2. Survey form looks like a google form with Question and Answer.
3. For example, if you change the duration of a task from 2 hours to 5 hours by end of day, the algorithm sends you a simple survey form with questions having multiple options in it.
4. The submitted survey forms are forwarded to creator / admin / manager of the concerned project.

Event management

Call for meeting in taskera

1. In taskera, an event can be created under related task, which helps the managers to pinpoint the subject for discussion and helps him to take quick action by calling the team and related people for a discussion. A clear cut agenda for meeting is set, invitation is sent in time and employee participation will be more. Manager can listen to every opinion and whereby gets an option to find the best feasible solution.
2. Once the bottlenecks are identified, managers can call for another meeting with the concerned team/employees to clear the bottlenecks.
3. If required, employees can also call for a meeting with the concerned team and managers, if they are blocked or having an issue.
4. This enables effective communication and clear understanding in terms of what is happening (for managers) and what has to be achieved (For employees).

Monitor Progress

In taskera, managers will have a clear understanding on how a project is progressing. It helps in understanding how large the project is, how complicated the tasks or issues are and which task/issue is depending on other task / issue.

1. Board : This is also known as Kanban. One can see the list of ToDo , Inprogress , and Done projects including the informations on priority of the project, Kudos assigned for the project and the percentage of work completed at that point of time. Go to Projects-> click on Board tab.
2. Tree view : This is to see the list of all Projects and all Sub-Projects under a project that is assigned to individuals. Go to Projects -> click on Tree tab.
3. Calendar : This illustrates the scheduling of elements of the project in a calendar view, date-vise. This will be easier to see and understand, the start and finish dates of the elements of the project. Goto Projects -> click on Calendar tab.
