Kudos

Kudos are the virtual points given for completing an assigned work (or completing part there of), given to an individual to motivate him. In taskera, kudos are assigned automatically to each task / project based on its priority, complexity, severity, and duration.

Kudos can also be used as virtual currency which can be converted into real hard money in realtime.

Kudos are the earned points related to activities like tasks, issues and events based on priority, complexity, severity, and duration. The idea here is to make the employee to pick the high priority work to complete, thereby, earn more kudos and convert them into real money.
