Ideas

An idea is a thought or a suggestion given to a possible course of action. An idea can be a new suggession, opinion, concept, notion or thought that felt or visualized while performing the task, which can be recommended for the benifit of the team to achieve better performance. Taskera gives equal opportunities to every individual / member of the team to express their thoughts/suggestions freely and taskera honours every valuable thought if found beneficial to the company / team.

List View : The list view shows the details of all the ideas individually like name of the creator of the idea and subject name of the idea. For further information on any particular idea that are listed, one can click on a particular idea and see the complete details on that particular idea.

How to add / create an Idea :

Click on 'Ideas' tab -> Click on 'New' tab -> You will see the page as in the screenshot below. Fill all the feilds -> Click on create button at the bottom of the page.

Access

This details the accessability to Ideas

Add Members : The notes creator can give acess to a member/s by adding the person/s.

How to do : Go to the Note you want to give access to -> click on 'More' tab -> choose 'Access' -> choose from drop down list to select whether the Issue is public / protected / workspace / private (one from the lsit) and add / delete the member as per your requirement and click on the 'save' button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.

Skills

Skill requirement for the Ideas

Add Skills : One can add required skill-sets for execution of the Idea.

How to do : Go to 'Ideas' page-> click on 'More' tab-> select 'Skills' from the drop down list, click on the 'choose file' button in the popup window, click on 'upload' button to add the skill-set.
