CXO's Guide

Steering the company in the right direction is the prime and foremost responsibility of a CXO. In the course of performing his dury he has to keep track of many important things associated with his responsibility.

Missions:

First the Mission or the Organizational Goals have to be defined clearly. Then, these Organizational Goals have to be alligned with the employees'goals.

Milestones:

Next the Milestone or the Short-term Goals have to be defined clearly for all the staff (ie., Senior managers, middle managers and team members) and assigned accordingly.
